Refund/Cancellation Policy

Classes: To provide a personalized, high-quality experience, class sizes are intentionally kept small. Each registration includes a non-refundable deposit. This deposit amount is dependent on class level and type and can be found on the corresponding class description pages. For online classes, if you need to cancel, the remaining balance is refundable if written notice is received via email at contact@mainstreamreiki.com at least 14 days before the scheduled class date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund or transfer. For in-person classes outside the United States, if you need to cancel, the remaining balance is refundable if written notice is received via email at contact@mainstreamreiki.com at least 60 days before the scheduled class date. Cancellations made within 60 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

If you feel uncertain, unprepared, or even unwell as the class approaches, know that these feelings often arise as part of the preparation for the healing and growth the class offers. Mentoring with Andrea: You may reschedule or cancel online up to 12 hours before your appointment and receive a refund (less payment processing fees). If cancellation occurs less than 12 hours prior or you fail to log in to the Zoom meeting in the first 15 minutes of the scheduled hour, you are considered a no-show, the meeting is closed, and no portion of fees paid are refunded.
